" -Francis Schaeffer Joel 2:15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly. Mark 9:29 And he said unto them, this kind can come forth by nothing, but prayer and fasting. Isaiah 58:6 Is not this the fast I have chosen? To loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and let the oppressed go free, and that.ye break every yoke. Operation Save America, working in conjunction with the Church in Wichita, are uniting to withdraw our permission for the enemy of the Lord to molest, maim, and kill the little image-bearers of Christ. We are believing for God to record His name in Wichita and bid His people come. I would encourage everyone who actually reads our newsletter to seriously and prayerfully consider coming to this national event. It will be a time of consecration to intercede and ask God as a corporate body of believers to forgive this heinous sin and brutal crime against humanity. It will be a solemn time to seek atonement for the innocent blood that has been shed, a time to seek the Lord to cleanse and purge away all the defilement and corruption this great evil of abortion has wrought upon our land. It will be a time devoted to cry out for this abominable practice to end and for the much-needed healing of our broken, wounded nation to begin in Jesus’ Holy Name! PERSONAL REPENTANCEPray a personal prayer of repentance for past failure to actively oppose abortion and to aid the most voiceless and defenseless among us. To do this effectively, we must know God's heart and word concerning this detestable practice of child-killing. Leviticus 20:1-5 When this grisly act was being allowed to flourish in Israel and the people of God turned their eyes away and did nothing to stop it, then God said His sanctuary is defiled and His Holy name profaned. 2 Kings 24:1-4 Eventually this abominable sin brought Almighty God to a place where He refused to forgive and pardon Israel for the shedding of innocent blood. Psalms 106:37-48 This idolatrous transgression ultimately invoked the wrath of Jehovah upon His own people by turning them over to their enemies. Those who hated God's people were made their rulers. Praise God, in His mercy, He regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry! The Lord remembered the covenant and restored their land. Obviously, our nation is going the way Israel of old. We are facing similar sanctions from Heaven. Let us pray, that at a time when we as a people deserve wrath, God would grant us mercy instead. THE FAMILYPray for the Elijah Mantle to fall upon the men of America. That they would reject the seduction and intimidation of the Jezebel spirit that has brought feminism (goddess worship) and the altars of Molech (child-killing) to our beloved land. Pray that the fathers’ hearts would be turned back to their children and the children's hearts would be turned back to their fathers. That men would renounce the irresponsibility of their lustful ways to truly love, protect, and provide for women and children once again (Malachi 4:4-6). Pray for post-abortive moms that they find forgiveness and healing through the precious blood of the Lamb. That they would confess to the sin of murder and find deliverance from the condemnation of the Evil One. Pray according to the scriptures in Titus 2:4,5 that they (older women) may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. Pray that women would return to nurturing children, instead of abusing and throwing them away. Pray that God would radically change the heart and soul of our nation concerning children. Pray that we would no longer view children as burdens and inconveniences, but as blessings from the Lord (Psalm 127) Pray that the perverted view which believes barrenness is a blessing and a fruitful womb is a curse would be changed. Pray that the Church and our nation would return to a Biblical view which believes barrenness is a curse and a fruitful womb a blessing. Pray that little boys and girls will find safety in their mother's womb once again. Pray that this covenant with death and hell between Wichita and George Tiller and Central abortion mill would be disanulled. Isaiah 28:14-18 Pray that God would remove far from the borders of Wichita the blight and scourge of abortion. That the increase of violence and the spirit of murder that seeks to ravage this city as a result of killing the innocent would cease. Hosea 4:1-3
THE ABORTION INDUSTRY "But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you (Matthew 5:44)." Pray that God would expose the abortionist and stay his/her hand from harming children for blood money. Pray that this person would renounce this atrocity and come to the saving grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Pray that the darkness, deception, and the blindness of their minds, perpetrated by the god of this world, would flee before the light of the glorious gospel which shines from the face of Christ. Pray that these enemies of God would repent and become champions of God and champions for life. (Remember, the Lord has the power to change a Saul into a Paul.) To God be the glory! Psalms 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. Proverbs 14:34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. Psalms 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
GEORGE TILLER’S LETTER In preparing for Wichita, the Lord has directed us to send a special letter to the abortionist, George Tiller, in Wichita. To those of you who are not familiar with Mr.Tiller, he has been killing babies for an awful long time, right up to the ninth month. People from all over the world come to Wichita specifically to abort their children at Tiller’s death camp. The death camp comes complete with an incinerator that burns the dead bodies of the slain after he has mutilated them. Don’t worry though, because he is a "Christian" he does baptize them before throwing them into the flames. As you read this, add your tears, faith, and prayers that God would intervene and grant this mass-murderer the gift of repentance and truly save this man’s soul in Jesus’ Holy Name! Dear Mr. Tiller, We, the undersigned Pastors and Men of God, in the fear and humility of God submit this letter to you. We understand that our mere words contained in this letter may not suffice to truly convince you of our heartfelt concern for the condition of your soul before a Holy God. Regardless, it is still our sincere prayer that you will receive our attempt, inadequate as it may seem, in the spirit in which it is sent. Our genuine desire is for the Lord to take this meager communication and anoint it by His Spirit to speak directly to your heart. Mr. Tiller, we have a solemn responsibility before the Lord God of Hosts to defend the innocent who are being dragged away to slaughter. Most of us, if not all of us have failed miserably in our obedience. This we humbly confess before God and you. At the same time, God has called us to the ministry of reconciliation, which is found in 2 Corinthians 5:18-20, "Now all things are of God, who reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God." Mr. Tiller, we realize you have endured much to maintain your abortion mill in Wichita. You have been shot, have resisted all the prayers, exhortations, and calls to repent, and have insulated well your soul from the horrible truth of what you are engaged in. We can only speculate as to what your participation in child-killing has wrought upon your life. Only you and God know for sure the anguish, the paranoia, and the possible nightmares that have invaded your dreams at night. You have, without a doubt, gone to extreme lengths to sear your conscience in order to continue the grisly trade you have chosen. And though you have prospered financially with the blood money you have accumulated, we can all be assured it has come with an awful price. The cost to your soul, your family, and even to your professional career has most likely been great. The word of God warns in Proverbs 28:17, "A man burdened with bloodshed will flee into a pit; Let no one help him." One translation says that person will be a fugitive, a wanderer, till death, let no one support him. Through the years, you have had tremendous support from our government, the pro-choice community, and an unjust law that has unleashed Hell to devour our nameless sons and daughters in America. Though you probably view this support as a refuge, it is in truth, a violation of Scripture and a major betrayal against your own condemned soul. We, on the other hand, do not only withhold our support from what you are tragically involved with, but we actually resist you. Though you may view us as your enemy, we are in fact those who care enough for your soul to tell you the truth. And Jesus said, "And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32)." Mr. Tiller, however you perceive this letter, our intention is to make God’s appeal known through us to you, be reconciled to God. Our prayer is, you will heed the admonishment found in Isaiah 55:7, "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon." We know firsthand, it takes courage and humility to admit being wicked. But that is the first step towards deliverance through Christ. We stand with you, praying that you will muster that courage, confess your sins against God, your crimes against the little ones, repent, and receive the gracious gift of God, the salvation of your soul. The good news is, no matter how far you’ve gone, no matter how deep the stain of your iniquity, there is still a God in heaven that will cleanse, heal, and forgive. Turn from child killing, stop the slaughter, and call upon God for mercy. He will hear you in Jesus’ Holy Name! Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them."Practicing what they preach, Rusty and Liz Thomas are proud to announce that they are expecting their ninth child. Overjoyed by the prospect of receiving another arrow for his quiver the Reverend Rusty Lee Thomas was speechless. Meanwhile his gracious and lovely wife, Liz Thomas only response was, "Queasy." And now you know the rest of the story! MEXICO TRIP, May 5th-12th, 2001 "...Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life." (John 4:13,14) By the time you receive this month’s newsletter, a team of us will be grunting and sweating in Mexico. We will be searching to locate clean, pure water and then prayerfully drill water wells for needy villages. Recently, we received a packet to prepare us for this mission trip. The opening headlines were disturbing. It reads, "30,000 people will die today from diseases linked to contaminated drinking water...ONE child EVERY EIGHT SECONDS." The packet doesn’t mention whether that is a world-wide statistic or limited to the area we are going to. Regardless, there is a major problem and through the Gospel of the Kingdom, we are trusting the Lord to spare lives and save souls. What I do know about the area that we will be visiting is, the inhabitants of the land spend 1/4th of their day searching for water. Most of the time it is unsuitable to drink. According to the missionaries in this area, the water well missions have been the most successful in leading souls to Christ. Please pray for us that God would direct us to locate and successfully drill at least three wells while we are there. Apparently, there have been times where the teams could not locate water. Three wells in one week is a banner week and that is what we are setting as a goal in Jesus’ Holy Name!. MEMORIAL SERVICE IN ST. LOUIS Building on the momentum that is in St. Louis from OSA’s national event last year, Daniel and Angela Michaels have invited me in for the Memorial Day Weekend. In honor of our fallen men and women who have died in defense of freedom, we will conduct a full military memorial ceremony right at the gates of hell (Granite City abortion mill). The ceremony will have an Honor Guard, the Presentation of the Colors, Pledge of Allegiance, National Anthem, Retiring of the Colors, Invocation, Praise and Worship, a message that reveals what our soldiers died for and how abortion violates, spurns, and makes a mockery of their sacrifice, Wreath Laying, Bagpiper, (Amazing Grace) and we will end with Taps. Flip Benham loves the concept and is going to have one in Wichita. I would encourage those who receive our newsletter to consider having a similar ceremony at your local death camp. KINGDOM LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE WICHITA, KS. JUNE 17th-23rd, 2001 Kingdom Leadership Institute is now officially submitted to Operation Save America as its covering. Flip Benham has agreed to oversee the KLI. Though I will still conduct the Institute, it will no longer be under Elijah Ministries. Wichita will be our first KLI under OSA. Its primary purpose is to rally the young people in Wichita and prepare them for the OSA national event. The following is the vision statement for the KLI. Please keep this event in your prayers and if you have any young people who desire to participate, please contact us as soon as possible. Thanks! The crisis of our times, is a crisis of leadership, or the lack thereof. Biblically, God judges and restores nations based on the leaders He raises up or removes. In light of these truths, the demand for true, godly, righteous leaders is not optional. The vision of KLI is to identify, equip, and send forth the next generation of leaders. Leaders who will become the repairers of the breach and the restorers of right paths to dwell in (Isaiah 58:12 & 61:4). In the time of moral, ethical, and spiritual crises, new leaders will emerge. The question is, will it be of the ilk that we have today which has brought America to this pathetic state or will it be leaders who are marked by courage, vision, and a Biblical worldview to see our land restored? We also live in an age that demands answers to perplexing questions that are threatening our children’s lives, their faith, and their very future. Are we tired of surrendering them to the "Spirit of the Age" on the installment plan? Are we concerned for this generation that is set adrift with no purpose, vision, or sense of destiny to inspire them to hit the mark for their lives? Do we yearn for God to replace the apathy, lethargy, and indifference of this generation with courage, vision, and a clarion call to vital service for King Jesus?
