Today, I just received word from my fellow convict for Christ, David Lackey, that our case pending in North Carolina has been dismissed by the court. We are grateful to the Lord for this favorable ruling. As you may recall, David and I were arrested in a church parking lot back in February during our annual leadership meeting in North Carolina. Our crime, we were turning our van around in the parking lot in question.
There are still other cases that Brother Flip Benham is facing. Some more serious than others. The abortion industry is also intent on suing Flip and OSA before our national event in order to secure a temporary injunction. Its godless purpose is to deny Christians their First Amendment rights to public sidewalks in front of Charlotte's death camps. This cannot stand. One way or another, Christians cannot give up their freedoms to present the Gospel of the Kingdom at the gates of hell.
Potentially, there will be much more litigation as the Church of the Living God storms the gates of hell. We have the assurance by our Lord that they will not prevail against us. Brethren please keep Flip, OSA, our national event, and the many court cases in prayer. God just released us and we look to Him to be our Advocate in the cases ahead.
Regardless of the outcomes, whether as the Lord's freemen or the Lord's prisoners, we seek the Lord's grace to press on in the high call and prize our our Lord!
