If a picture is worth a thousand words, these Youtube offerings express volumes that could be written to report the great and miraculous event, which took place in Sin City, Las Vegas, NV.  Suffice it to say that all our prayers and fasting were seen and answered from on high.  It was as if the Lord granted us Carte Blanche to go where we wanted to go and do what we wanted to do in His service.  No man was allowed to hinder the vision and mission.

 

Quite frankly, with the Obama debacle, we were expecting fierce opposition and increased persecution.  Since his inauguration the enemies of the cross have become more brazen in their open hostility against Biblical Christianity. To our utter amazement, however, we experienced quite the opposite.  The city that was built upon corruption, vice, greed, immorality, and graft, received us like a breath of fresh air.  Perhaps righteousness, holiness, justice, and truth is so foreign to their normal experience, they viewed us as a novel commodity.  Whatever, the reason, the Gospel of the Kingdom invaded the city and shattered much darkness.

 

Souls came to saving faith, families were spared the horrors of abortion, abortion mills shut down on occasions, the Word was preached publically with passion and boldness, churches were mobolized, and the local OSA leadership are more inspired and equipped to continue the Lord's work in Vegas.

For the first time in OR/OSA history, we were moved to write a letter of commendation to the Las Vegas police department.  They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the ministry of proximity was defended in their city.

 

 

To Whom It May Concern,
 
The Lord richly bless you!  As representatives of Operation Save America, we desire to take the time to commend the entire police department of Las Vegas and the different authorities responsible for your professional handling of our national event.
 
We have been in the battle for the souls of men, the lives of the precious preborn children, and the future of our nation for a couple of decades.  We have dealt with several police departments throughout America during this expanse of time.  We have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly as we have attempted to give voice to the voiceless and to defend the defenseless.
 
With one accord, we can, without equivocation, state that your department is absolutely the finest law enforcement agency we have ever had the privilege to negotiate with.  Your officers were courteous, professional, and were zealous to protect our rights to peaceably assemble and redress the grievance of abortion in the land of the free and the home of the brave.
 
We offer to your department our heartfelt thanks for all that you did to ensure the safety of the public and to defend the ministry of proximity at the places that harm families and destroy children in the womb.
 
We know it is a cliché to designate local police departments as their city's finest.  In the case of your department, we whole-heartedly agree this designation is proper and fitting.  May our Lord protect you and bless you as you attempt to protect and serve, in many cases an ungrateful public.  In our case, however, please know that we are thankful for your service.

·        The police and public officials in every jurisdiction (Las Vegas, Clark County, North Las Vegas and Henderson) were informed beforehand of all of our activities and that they would be lawful and peaceful First Amendment protected expressions of religious freedom, public worship, free speech, public preaching and witnessing with the distribution of free religious tracts and pro-life information. They all concurred and no agency required any permits, nor did they restrict our lawful use of our portable, public address systems. We have written to them thanking them for upholding their Oath of Office to defend the US Constitution and for doing so, not only professionally but courteously.
·        Over the years ministry groups and individual ministers may have been intimidated, and even sometimes unlawfully arrested in Las Vegas before, but now a precedent has been set and procedures have been established to provide for all believers to be in the streets and lawfully lifting up the Name of Jesus and preaching the "Gospel of Life."
·        We were everywhere it seemed. We went to the overhead, public pedestrian walkways (overpasses) above the Strip. There we had prolife signs on display and some were even very graphic. We had portable sound systems allowing us to preach, sing, and worship Jesus! All of our thousands of tracts were gone in an hour as thousands passed by crossing over from one Strip Hotel to another. Tourists stopped to engage us. We witnessed and many we're prayed for.
·        The Fremont Street Experience was NOT off limits. Oh, they posted a disclaimer, but did not try to impede us in any way or prohibit our huge multi-paneled, full color, vinyl display. It was over eight feet tall and covered an area of the public street that measured approximately 15 feet wide by 60 feet long. We were there witnessing for 7 days and even 24 hours on some days. Many were saved and we had hundreds of conversations. They could not our display because on Mar 20th the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled our activities were lawful and Fremont Street is a public forum!
·        We had a formal memorial service for an aborted baby on the public streets of the Fremont Street Experience that began with a funeral procession from Main Street all the way down to our huge display near 4th Street. The sound of bagpipes and image of the pall bearers and baby casket was so powerful. Amazing Grace echoed off the walls of the Casinos as many passers-by, tourists from all over the world, stood almost spellbound and watched.
·        We had access to the abortion mills and knew of at least 5, perhaps 6 or more, moms and babies that were rescued from the knives of abortionists as a direct result of our being there reaching out to them. We had fasted for 7 days prior to the event and I am convinced that God honored the fast because He closed one known abortion mill (and possibly 3 others operating in secret) the week before our feet ever hit the streets of our city.
·        We gathered every morning at 6:30 AM and stayed in the streets until 10:30. Then we all met for great lunches local volunteers had prepared for 200 people at St. Viator's Parish Hall. Then we were back on the streets for another hour or two (sometimes visiting the abortionists at their home) before heading back to our hotel to rest before the evening rally. 3 great churches sponsored/hosted us for 7 nights of worship, preaching, testimonies and more.
·        KEEN TV, the local Christian station (soon to move to COX Cable) had their camera crew follow us everywhere for the entire week. They are producing a documentary to show the Christians in Las Vegas how easy it is to be in the streets seeing people saved and how easily evils like abortion and sexual sin can be exposed. They'll be producing an "OSA DVD" and if you join our team and/or help send us to the streets you'll get all that information very soon.
·        It seemed like everywhere we went people wanted to buy our red T-shirts proclaiming "Jesus is the Standard" and those shirts are available, too, if you are interested in helping this ministry go forward with your ministry gift.
·        Planned Parenthood did not escape without being exposed either. We surrounded them, set up our sound system, preached the Gospel of Life and even enjoyed some coffee on the ReJAVAnate café patio next door. We are also planning many showings of Planned Parenthood's worst nightmare "MAAFA 21" (Black Genocide in the 21st Century.) Would you help us host those venues, too?

 

Actually there are over 3500 photos available to view and hundreds of testimonies of salvations, witnessing and preaching experiences, babies saved and much more to learn about.
