Part of the Thomas Nation went to our local death camp at Planned Parenthood. I asked Pastor Ronnie Holmes from Church of the Open Door to write up the powerful report of God's intervention today.

John Pisciotta, one of our local Pro-life leaders has issued a challenge to the Church in Waco as well. He calls it Project 77. The goal is to have 77 Christians filled with the love of God and love for their neighbor to come every Thursday to Planned Parenthood to pray and reach out to those who are coming to a place they ought not to be.

Let the following report inspire you to answer the call from 7-9:30 AM at 1927 Columbus Ave on the weekly killing day. Truthfully, even 77 is a pitiful response in light of the killing of the innocent that goes on in Waco every week. There should be 7,777 in Waco determined to end the holocaust in our city. This is why Rev. Flip Benham states, "Abortion will end, when the Church of Jesus Christ makes up her mind it is going to end and not one second sooner."

Pastor Ronnie's Report

Before 7 a.m., Nick and his wife, Debbie were on the sidewalk of the clinic, when a young couple pulled into the clinic parking lot. These faithful sidewalk counselors called out to the couple, and the girl came and spoke with Debbie. Much to the displeasure of her boyfriend, the girl made a decision that she would not and could not abort this baby, and they left with her child still very much alive, praise the Lord!

For the next part of the report, I will not use names, in order to preserve the privacy of the family dealing with their teen daughter's pregnancy.

A local pastor came to join with us in front of the clinic after he had received a report that the daughter of a family who attend his church, was pregnant and had an appointment for an abortion this morning. Even though this girl was very young, apparently with the help of Planned Parenthood, she was able to get a judicial bypass to allow her to have an abortion without her parents' knowledge or consent. As a young man drove her into the driveway of the clinic, he stopped long enough for us to give him some literature, and long enough for the pastor to recognize and speak gently to the young lady. She got out of the car as this pastor spoke with her privately on the sidewalk. After quite a while, the pastor and the girl waked the half-block to Carenet, not realizing that they do not open until 8 a.m. Not to be deterred, the pastor gave the girl a ride in his truck, leaving the young man behind (with us) who had driven her to the clinic. I do not know the final outcome of this situation, but I do know that she did not have an abortion, praise the Lord! Continue to pray for her, her family, and for this local Shepherd who was willing to be awake and watchful, opposing the wolf who had come to devour the lambs under his care!

In Need of Another Car

In typical fashion, our return home from the national event was met with the adverse welcome committee. This time we were 2 hours from our home when the phone call came. It was my daughter, Cassia, asking me to prepare my heart. Interestingly enough, we were bracing ourselves in prayer right before the phone call came.

She told me that she had borrowed our car and wrecked it. Every one in the car was thankfully alright. The person she hit sped off and I was left holding the bag sort of speak. At first, my insurance was going to repair the damage and return the car to me. Two days ago they decided to total it. The amount to fix it is about the amount of the car's value. As a result, I find my self once again without a reliable car to run my errands in town.

If any of you have a used car or know of one that is decent, good on gas, and costs between $3000.00 to 3,500.00, please let me know.
